Meet Daniel Lue


I am a Los Angeles based trainer and coach. Over the past 10 years I have helped many people from all walks of life achieve their fitness goals using traditional and unorthodox methods.

I was very skinny when I was growing up, and it was something that I really wanted to change. I had a not-so-secret desire to look like some of my favorite superheroes. The only problem was that I didn’t know how. During high school I asked my mom to let me get a gym membership, but she was very reluctant because she was afraid weight lifting was going to stunt my growth.

When I picked up my first dumbbell, my life was never the same ever again. As my body changed, I noticed something else even more important change. It was the change on the inside. I realized that if I wanted something bad enough, I can achieve it. It gave me the confidence to believe that I can do what I set my mind to do. As the Chinese believe, a strong body equals a strong mind.

I’ve spent countless hours in the gym. And trust me, I’ve made a lot of mistakes. And through these mistakes, it helped me develop systems to properly gain muscle and lose body fat.

And because of that, I can help you achieve optimal results in the least amount of time.
